YAY! Part 2 finally here! This weeks way to get alot of people on your forum will be:

Do a post exchange!

Do you know someone else who is struggling with their forum? Propose a post exchange! Tell them you’ll sign up and make 5 posts on their forum if they do the same to yours! This works atleast 95% of the time, if not more. Do this with multiple people, and the best thing to do is have this happen weekly, so lets say you get the admin of genericforumb.com to post on your forum (genericforuma.com) 10 times a week, and you do the same, so you keep getting new posts in your forum.

RUN CONTESTS!

If you want alot of people to visit your forums and post, make a contest! Lets say you’ll give out an ipod nano to all the top 3 posters at the end of the month. Or give a free domain to the one who gets 200 posts first out of everyone. This is a great way to make your forums popular, since people have a reason to post. It is very hard just to make a forum without any awards and expect people to post on it. It simply won’t work.

Sorry everyone, i was messing around with the files and accidentally messed up the blog here, so it was offline. There is also a wierd thing right now, it only goes to this blog when you type “www.gimgak.info”, but if you type “gimgak.info” it redirects to the main site. I’m trying to fix that.

I have to say, this is one of the best Manga/animes ever! VERY good storyline, if you are a manga fan you must read this. Sadly, there are only 12 volumes, but they are worth to read :). I’m currently on volume 8 for the manga, and I think I’ll be done pretty soon. For the anime, I’ve only seen up to episode 11. Just wanted to share this awesome series with everyone!

Ok, NEVER again will i buy a greendot debit card. It’s a complete SCAM AND RIPOFF! look at google, there are tons of articles about greendot scamdot. First, you pay $10 to activate The card. Then you must call them, wait for 10 minutes listening to music while on hold, and finally speak to someone to get your card ready. Then, you have to wait a few days for your card to arrive in the mail, and finally you can use it! YAY! no yay. Whenever you recharge it, there is a $5 fee, whenever you buy something you pay like a 10% fee, EACH month, even if you don’t use it, they charge you $5. So lets say you get a card in December, by next december you have already lost $60 JUST IN MONTHLY CHARGES! add everything else and you’d get around $200 atleast. So if you buy around $150 worth of stuff, you probably spend $300 on it. You’d put your money to better use if you BURN it instead of giving it to these scammers. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GET A GREENDOT DEBIT CARD. A checked my card after 6 months of not doing anything. I HAD -$20 ON IT! and i had $10 on it before. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STORE YOUR MONEY! sorry for the angry rant… I won’t have many of these

Ok, I’ve recently started to try out making a web host myself. It’s not done yet or anything, but i hope it soon will be. It features what I’d say is a pretty good amount of webspace and bandwidth, and it’s free! For anyone interested the URL is www.gimhost.com, but as of now it isn’t completed yet.

Hello! I haven’t done one of these in a long time so I’m starting to do them again. I recently reviewed 000webhost.com and i must say, it’s the best free web host I’ve reviewed so far. They offer 350 MB webspace and 100GB bandwidth, which is more than enough. Setting up an account is quick, and on one account you can have many hosting accounts. now i thought, great, I’ll have a really long subdomain here like example.000webhost.com, but i was pleasantly surprised when i saw that my sub domain was example.site44.net instead of a really long one. of course, I could always register at co.cc if it was too long, but that wasn’t needed. Now it gets better, their FTP is at a pretty Good speed, not to fast, but not bad, and they have a regular browser uploaded too, which is still good. I was happily surprised when i saw that they offer proxy hosting, when most free web hosts don’t . Probably the only draw back was no CGI, but it’s still really good for a free host. The last thing that i thought was really good was that they had a site builder, but unlike a site builder like something you’d see from freewebs, it was alot more professional and very useful. There site support was very quick and friendly too. They also have an affiliate program that gets you $5 a month per each sign up. very useful. here are my overall ratings:

webspace: 8/10

Bandwidth: 9/10

support: 10/10

Overall: 9/10 + 1/2 for proxy support & affiliate program.

Conclusion: this is one free host that is worth to check around and isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Ok, I’ve found yet another great place to get free domains, and this forum is more active! For around 200 posts you can get a domain with full DNS control, and it takes only a few days to get so many posts! You can also buy domains from other people on the forum for cheaper. I’m getting a domain from someone for only 400 DN$, which is only alittle less than 100 posts! So the URL is www.dntemple.com, and i really think anybody should go there and sign up

Well, after a long time i finally got gimgak.info registered so you don’t have to type that much. Thats all for today i guess. lol

Well, I must say, this is a very good site. All you do is sign up, post in the forum, and when you have enough posts you can get free hosting or reseller hosting, or better yet, a FREE top level Domain!(example: .com,.net, etc) It doesn’t take that long and it only costs 200 posts a year for a domain. You can even get a .info for only 100 posts. I really recommend this for getting domain names.
